1. Scope of Services & Supply
EBN Enterprises provides professional fire safety engineering, certified fire extinguisher refilling, suppression systems maintenance, commercial & residential solar photovoltaic installations, and engineering consultancy in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, and surrounding Visayas regions.
2. Quotations and Order Confirmations
All quotations generated through our digital quotation forms or solar estimator represent preliminary estimates based on customer-provided inputs:
- Validity: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a formal written proposal, quotations remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance.
- Final Inspection: Solar installations, complex fire suppression layouts, and high-volume refilling require on-site technical inspection and bill of quantities (BOQ) sign-off prior to final pricing lock.
- Order Confirmation: Order requests submitted via this website constitute purchase intentions. Binding contracts take effect upon written purchase order (PO) acceptance or verified downpayment confirmation.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Standards
All fire protection equipment, servicing, and installation executed by EBN Enterprises strictly adheres to the Fire Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9514) and relevant NFPA / PNS standards:
- Fire extinguishers serviced or sold carry official inspection tags and test certificates acceptable to local BFP inspection units.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, unhindered site access for certified inspection and maintenance personnel.
4. Solar Photovoltaic Estimates & Performance
Calculations provided by the EBN Solar Calculator are modeled using regional solar irradiance assumptions and standard system degradation rates. Actual energy generation depends on seasonal weather variation, roof azimuth and tilt, local shading conditions, and grid availability. Exact system sizing is confirmed during technical site survey.
5. Payment Terms and Equipment Warranties
Manufacturer warranties for solar panels, inverters, and fire suppression mechanical parts pass directly to the client under the terms specified in the official delivery invoice. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and compliance with recommended maintenance schedules.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
