- Identity & Contact Details: Full name, telephone/mobile number, email address, and preferred contact channel (Call, Messenger, Viber, Email).
- Commercial & Delivery Details: Company or institutional name, delivery or site inspection address, and municipality in Bohol or Central Visayas.
- Technical Requirements: Equipment specifications, requested items, approximate monthly electric bill and solar system preferences for PV estimations.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Under Section 12 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, your personal data is processed based on your voluntary consent and the necessity to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract:
- Preparing formal itemized engineering and fire protection quotations.
- Scheduling site inspections, equipment hydro-testing, and certified delivery.
- Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) inspection logbook tagging and maintenance reporting (FSMR).
- Direct communication with the business owner and authorized technical personnel.

EBN Enterprises strictly does not sell, lease, or monetize customer data to third-party marketing companies. Personal data is accessible only by authorized management (Dr. Elmer B. Nuez, MD and assigned engineering coordinators) and processed through secure enterprise delivery channels (Resend transactional relay over encrypted TLS).

Customer inquiries and quotation records are retained only for the duration of the commercial engagement or as required by applicable Philippine laws and fire safety compliance standards (such as 12-month records for mandatory BFP annual permit renewals).
